Let’s talk about The Kitchen. I love food, I love cooking and while I don’t do it often, I always have a blast. My latest projects have been cooking and making sure the flavor profiles are robust and the cooking AND food photography. Yes I am always doing something and advancing smaller skills for the bigger picture. While I am still working on my plating, I genuinely enjoy just playing around and experimenting with flavors

I’ve had a few companies hitting me up in request for a food review or some food photography, but I really feel like at this point it’s a little premature and I’d rather just hone in my skills vs, just going on not so random side-quests for capital gain.
